Why Liquid Vitamins?

Most people already know that they need to take vitamins on a daily basis because most of our daily diets do not give our bodies what they require to function at optimum levels. There are many different ways to get your dose of vitamins. You have a multivitamin, vitamin packets, and liquid vitamins. Before we go any farther we will first explain about the different kinds first.

Multivitamin:
This type of vitamin combines everything you need and compacts it into one small pill form.

Vitamin Packets:
The packets of vitamins offer several different pills so you can get your recommend dose of everything with out compacting it into one pill.

Liquid Vitamin:
This gives people their dose of vitamins in a liquid form. They take everything your body needs and they liquefy it and put it in a bottle.

The body can only break down so much at a time. Once something enters the body it only has a certain amount of time to be dissolved and used before it is considered waste and discarded. For that reason multivitamins do not have a very high absorption rate. In fact you can lump pills together. There have been studies done on the absorption rate of pills versus liquid at a cellular level in the body. The body only absorbs about 40% of the pills versus 90% of the liquid at a cellular level. That means that when you take your vitamins in pill form your body is wasting about 50% of them versus only 10% with liquid vitamins.
