So I was faced with the dilemma of trying to pick out a baby blanket for my best friend. She was having a shower, and this being her first, I had no idea what to look for. All I had to do was feel one and I was sold. What baby wouldn’t love their super-soft and fuzzy chenille? It’s also got this great satin border that stays cool on the skin while the chenille stays warm and fuzzy. (One more tip: have Baby’s name embroidered on the satin edge instead of on the chenille section–it looks fantastic!)

Well, needless to say, the gift was a huge success. My friend says it’s become her baby’s number one. (Hint: think about getting an extra blanket just in case the one she has gets lost.) It’ll be sure to match any crib décor, just in case mommy or daddy happens to be real picky about that stuff.
