Chandler Area Home Educators

With summertime, your children want to be outdoors.  You want to be sure their education continues.  One way to meet both objectives is to take more outdoor education trips.  This can be as simple as going to the nearest zoo or botanical garden.  But if those are not going to be options where you live, just going into your backyard with a bug or butterfly book can be a tremendous learning experience.  Teach them also to identify different plants and trees.  There is so much to learn from nature - all we need to do is look and explore.

CAHE is a Christian Home School Support Group based in Chandler, Texas and the surrounding areas. April Snider is your group leader. I am here to serve you!

I am excited about the opportunity to enjoy support and fellowship with other Christian home school families in the area. As a home educator I enjoy the opportunity of quality time at home with my kids. However, some things that are just more fun in groups! Prime examples of events best enjoyed as a group include: Play Days , Field Trips, Mom’s Night Out, and Holiday Parties.  So, that�s what we offer here!

CAHE was founded to support and encourage parents who are dedicated to educating and guiding their children to grow in wisdom and character for the Glory of God.  We are a Christian group but we are not a church organization.  Therefore we will not be denominational.  No religious squabbles are allowed.  Since we are a private group that meets in person, not just online, we ask that all new members please post a brief introduction, in the CAHE forum within a week of joining so that we may get to know you

We are a  Christian Home Schooling Support Group located in Chandler, Texas and encompassing the surrounding areas. We are here to encourage and lift one another everyday with all of our home schooling, house cleaning, kid raising, husband helping, garden tending, craft making, trials and joys.

We have scheduled Play Days, Holiday Parties, Field Trips, Special Needs support and Mom’s Night Out. We also have just some wonderful fellowship and support for Home Educators. This is where we Parents/Teachers come for encouragement, curriculum advice, answers to our questions, and to also find out what is going on in our area. We plan our events to fit the needs and interests of our members.
